BNSF Angry Dispatcher! (Part 1 Of 3)

This took place on back in 5-27-04 on freq 161.100 from my scanner which I should of shown instead of the speaker, but this came out of nowhere so quick, I just grabbed my cam & started recording. A BNSF dispatcher was trying to give orders to a track foreman or maintance crew leader when something went wrong on the part of the track-foreman, he obviously took the main track out of service without permission from the dispatch causing all kinds of havoc. 'Casey' of course was so many miles away from where I was @ mile post 79, therefore you cant hear the other end of the convo other than the dispatcher which as we all know transmits from a tower. For all that know the BNSF Casey / Teague line, in 2003 they made a conjoining switch in Dobbin Tx, increasing the flow of traffic. I thought this dispatch was going to have a heart-attack! :-O Any rude, or negative comments made will be removed.
